If you purchased from highlyconcentr8ed.com and there is a manufacturing defect upon arrival you may be entitled to an exchange as long as we are notified of the defect the day of arrival. Manufacturing defects must be verified by our manufacturing lab for an exchange. Exchanges for products with manufacturing defects must remain with full contents and untampered with for an exchange.
If you purchased from www.highlyconcentr8ed.com and the product arrived damaged & unusable you must notify us via email the day of delivery; please ensure to take pictures and keep the product as is. If you opted for Route Package protection see our shipping policy for route insurance information.
If there was an error with the item fulfilled on our end and the incorrect item was sent or there was a missing item in your order we must be notified the day of delivery via email. We ask the item to remain sealed and untampered to be shipped back to us for exchange in the case the incorrect item is shipped.
Exchanges must be shipped back within 5 calendar days of receiving a shipping label. We retain the right to deny any exchange for any reason. We are unable to exchange items which have been opened or used or experience issues related to maintenance. We also retain the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.
We can try to accommodate a request, but we cannot guarantee customer service will see your request, or be able to accommodate your request, before the package is shipped to you. This policy includes cancellations for any reason, as well as requests for changes in shipping addresses. If a package is not delivered due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer at the time of purchase Highly Concentr8ed is not responsible for a replacement, refund, or credit. While we will try to accommodate any requests we receive, if we are unable to cancel your order, you will need to mail back the unopened product, in perfect condition, at your own expense, in order to get a refund. If a package was shipped to a wrong address input by you at checkout, it is up to you to retrieve the package and return the unopened product, in perfect condition, back to us before you can get a refund.
Any items rejected or returned to sender will incur a 15% re-stocking fee per item and will be given store credit. Due to costs incurred fulfilling orders, re-stocking fees will always be applied when an item is returned to us for any reason. Shipping costs and additional order fees are non-refundable. Any shipping costs associated with the order that Highly Concentr8ed incurred and did not receive payment for will be deducted from the amount refunded. Additionally, any orders that qualified for free shipping will be charged the shipping fees Highly Concentr8ed incurred with shipping the order prior to applying store credit. Store credit will be sent in the form of a coupon code to the email provided for the order.
Please note shipping costs and additional fees are non-refundable once your order has shipped as these costs are unable to be refunded to Highly Concentr8ed once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier.
SALES- Please be mindful that sale prices are only good for items purchased during the sale, and that we are not able to price match orders on the same product placed before or after a sale. Sale items will be first come first served until the sale ends or the product is sold out. Orders cannot be edited or combined. Products may sell out during a sale. Also note that processing times will most likely increase due to the larger volume of orders during any sale, so please allow a few extra days for orders placed during the sale to ship.
