Cold Pack Insulated Shipping: Highly Concentr8ed offers cold pack insulated shipping at checkout. Our Edibles are NOT heat resistant, with that being said cold pack insulated shipping does not guarantee items will be delivered cold since there are many variables that can affect this. We recommend to collect your package as soon as it is delivered as most the time edibles melt after delivery while sitting in direct sunlight, not in transit. We offer this method as an additional measure to help while in transit. We are not responsible for refund or replacement of products that arrive melted. These products are not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 18 or 21 depending on the laws of your governing state or territory. Highly Concentr8ed has partnered with Age Checker to comply with all Federal and State Laws requiring age verification for the sale of our products.
For most customers, the system we use will only require name, date of birth, and address. If the system cannot verify your age automatically, it will prompt you to submit an image of your government-issued photo ID – the same one you would present in a retail store to buy the same product. This will be a one time requirement. Once the system has verified your age, it will have your details saved and you will no longer need to upload a picture of your identification in the future.
Shipping: All orders over $600 require a signature at delivery. Shipping labels are generated only after your package has completed processing. USPS picks up packages on business days. Once your order has been processed, USPS will collect your package either on the same business day or the next, depending on the time your order was processed.
All goods are shipped FOB Origin Sarasota Florida. Ownership of packages turned over to the shipping carrier transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from the carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by shipping carrier. USPS does not guarantee shipping times and is known to miss scans throughout their network, which affects tracking information updates. If your package tracking says “Acceptance Pending” that means that your package has been dropped off and accepted, but has not been updated since then. This is normal and does not signal a problem with your order.
If your package has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, but you do not have the package, please contact the shipping carrier as they may be able to locate your package for you or give further details. We can not confirm whether or not the package was actually delivered and we are not responsible for stolen packages. Please Note shipping speed selected does not change the processing time! It just changes how your item will ship after it is processed in the stated time. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the shipping carriers hands. We are unable to send replacements for orders or shipping costs for any orders that are inside of the 28 business day window. Most delayed packages end up arriving within this timeframe. If there was an error with the item fulfilled on our end and the incorrect item was sent or there was a missing item in your order we must be notified the day of delivery via email. We ask the item to remain sealed and untampered to be shipped back to us for exchange in the case the incorrect item is shipped.
Exchanges of any reason must be shipped back within 5 calendar days of receiving a shipping label. We retain the right to deny any exchange for any reason.
We are unable to exchange items which have been opened or used or experience issues related to maintenance. We also retain the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.

At only 98¢ for orders under $100, or 2% of the total for orders over $100, the cost is minimal for that peace-of-mind.
When you purchase Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. You can deselect Route+ at checkout if you do not wish to add package protection. Route will either reorder your product for you or will refund the actual cost you paid for your item(s), excluding taxes and shipping.
If you elect to not purchase Route+ insurance, you will still have all the benefits of Route and access to insurance from the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx in the event the package is lost or damaged in shipment. Highly Concentr8ed does not insure packages for loss, theft or damage during the shipping process. Claims must be filed by you directly with USPS or Fedex.

Q: When do I file a claim?
An item is considered lost if it is never reported as Delivered. This can also include if your order has been stuck in any shipping state OTHER than “Delivered” You may file a claim if enough time has been allowed for delivery to take place and it’s well past the expected delivery date, or if your order is stuck in a shipping state other than “Delivered”. Claims are considered “lost” after 7 days without a tracking status update (20 for international) and must be filed no later than 30 days from the last update.
If your item arrives damaged in an unacceptable condition, we invite you to file a claim right away. Please remember to include pictures of the item(s) and packaging. Claims for damaged item(s) can be filed right away. Damaged claims must be filed within 15 days from the date it was marked delivered.
Route considers packages marked “delivered” (and not received) as stolen. We ask that you wait 5 days from the day the package was marked delivered; it is common for packages to be scanned as delivered and not show up for a few days. Stolen claims must be filed within 15 days from the date it was marked delivered. Please know that orders that are stolen with a purchase price greater than $100 will REQUIRE a police report.
