Yes. All Highly Concentr8ed products are hemp-derived and contain 0.3% or less Δ9 THC, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Our packaging meets Florida’s stringent updated regulations and is widely accepted across other compliant states. Check your state’s legality before ordering.
