The heat from shipping may affect the chocolate's form and cause them to melt in transit, depending on your location, the time of the year, and how long your package sits in the heat before being brought inside. Our edibles are not heat resistant in warmer temperatures.

We offer a cold pack insulated shipping option at checkout. We strongly recommend selecting the "cold pack insulated" shipping option when purchasing chocolates. Please note that this shipping method is designed to help combat the heat during transit and keep packages at lower temperatures. To avoid overheating the insulation and cold packs, please collect your package immediately upon delivery. If your chocolate bar has melted, a quick remedy is to place it in the freezer for up to 1 hour. Once frozen, open the foil and cut it into equal pieces. Precise dosing requires a gram scale.
